Charles and Camilla visited LisknaskeaCharles and Camilla visited Lisknaskea
Monday, 22nd May 2006

To mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Share Centre in Lisnaskea Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall officially opened a £450,000 building extension which has been named after the late David Rowland. The new building will facilitate year-round water sports including sailing, wind-surfing and canoeing for both able-bodied and disabled people. The Prince also unveiled a plaque to mark the occasion and the couple signed a visitors' book. They were presented with a framed sketch and a pottery bowl by Brian Whittendale and Nuala O'Hare, who are both employed at the centre.
